I would be surprised if anyone walked away from this months meeting not inspired by Greg Cummings from Sport BOP. The work Greg has been doing in the Katikati community is just fantastic. Greg is working with the many sporting codes and developing a good management structure for them to be sustainable in the future.
We had an exercise to do in groups with the helium sticks. What a fantastic way to learn how challenging it is for committees to work together - understanding each other and our different personalities.
